Krischvn is a German artist whose popularity exploded in the bass scene in 2018. If you are following the bass scene even a bit I’m sure you have heard his music played by artists like Skrillex, Zomboy, Boombox Cartel, Zeds Dead, Carnage, The Chainsmokers and Excision to name a few. Labels like Never Say Die, Quality Goods and Twonk have been releasing KRISCHVN‘s music.

Also KRISCHVN is one of my artists to watch in 2020!

Tell us how it all began, how did you get into producing?
First my grandmother gifted me a keyboard. This is where all started. I tried it out and after a few months I could play drums put things together on the keyboard. While I was searching for music, I found crazy music and I felt inspired by it. It was weird as a kid to listen to speedcore, after a while big room become big and I wanted to dj so I bought myself a little dj controller. After a while an old family member gave me FL studio. This is where I started to produce music at the age of 16.

For those who aren’t familiar with your music, could you describe your personal sound?
It’s about breaking the borders between genres. It’s still music to dance to but I always try to create something new. It’s all about the BASS and I love to play with sounds and design them.

You released an remix of “Spag Heddy – Zoom” track. Could you share the creative process behind scene?
I always was a big fan of Spag Heddy and his sound. After this track was released I wanted to remix it. To make remixes is always fun cause you can learn how other people create masterpieces like Zoom. All you need are the stems. I started playing around with the original sounds till I created this heavy sound. It was a lot of fun and a lot of sweat too.

How did your relationship with GRAVEDGR first start?
We have the same manager, he connected us a couple years ago.

What is the best and most challenging track you ever made?
In my opinion I put the most love into my “Baked” project. I always wanted to have a track perfect but it was so hard for me. I started to stop over saving this project and worked on it every day. Ive never put so much energy and time in a project like that. It came out super dope. I changed the drop over 8 times and the breaks too and I can’t wait to release it.

What was your dream job when you where a child?
I don’t really know what my dream job is anymore. But all I know was, that I was a creative kid. I build towers out of wood bricks bigger than me in school. I didn’t really know what a job was tbh.

Thanks so much for this opportunity ! I just wanna say that my team and me worked a lot on my project . We are ready to bring my vision into reality. I can’t wait to share what i’ve created.
