SKUM‘s music has reached far and wide, catching the eyes of YourEDM, Run The Trap in 2018 and having multiple mentions of their hard-hitting remixes of for example “21 Savage – X Ft. Future“, “San Holo – Always on my mind” and “A$AP Rocky Ft. Skepta – Praise The Lord“. SKUM then proceeded to be entitled to be two of the “Emerging Artists” by EDM.com. Gaining support from established artists like Blanke, NXSTY, F.O.O.L, ATLAST and many others, they seem too reserve themselves a spot as significant upcoming artists in the world of electronic music. SKUM’s passion for electronic music and pushing boundaries has led them into the spotlight by producing official remixes for Lookas, Khamsin and more.
Rising duo SKUM have been making waves with their sinister flips, fueled by gritty basslines and grungy sonics to craft diabolical and pathological bass anthems. SKUM are definitely ones to keep tabs on this year.
Run The Trap
The two recently stepped away from only posting their beloved flips and remixes on Soundcloud to releasing track “Just A Friend” at the up and coming label Adept Records. Combining the darker type tracks from the more underground scene with the more traditional EDM type trap, crafting a track filled with high energetic synths and grungy basses to craft a filthy and fresh new type of electronic music that makes them stand out in the crowd. SKUM is for sure an electronic act to look out for!
