Alright, Suahn is quickly becoming our favourite up and coming bass music artist, after our writeup about his recent track “The Greatest“, I’ve been on the edge of my seat waiting for more from this young producer, and this week we got a fantastic preview of a new track in our inbox.
Releasing “Close Your Eyes” on Jadu Dala on 28 April 2021, SUAHN makes their 160th release! He joins the likes of Cozway, Kumarion and Stuca who have been pushing the driving music out the door for this label. The raw nature, the pulsing techno vibe really makes this left field bass tune shine.
“Close Your Eyes” was written at about 30,000 feet in the air on a red eye into the jungle of Los Angeles. Combining analog 90s rave and house elements with left-field bass and techno, the pulse of adrenaline and bloodshot eyes that come from a red eye flight feel appropriate for the song.

SUAHN began his musical career whilst founding and playing guitar in the post-hardcore outfit Pianos Become The Teeth which means he is no stranger to touring having spent the better part of the last decade playing globally with the band, and more recently completing his first tour under the SUAHN name with DUBLOADZ in support of his House of Ghosts EP.
